With the recent changes re. the order statuses, is it possible to prevent buyers
from setting an order as Complete BEFORE the seller has set the order as Shipped?
Many sellers follow their own protocols when processing orders, and orders that
show up as Complete even before they've actually been pulled can really throw
a spanner in the works.

Your suggestion was already part of the new order status work that was done,
but there is a bug allowing buyers to do this. This was never intended and will
be corrected at the next deployment.
