| I have recently added a couple of minifigures(sh517) to my store and have a question
on light trans blue versus trans blue wings. After going back and forth between
the two pictures of the minifig with wings in the Bricklink catalog I believe
these are the trans light blue ones which makes the minifig the sh517a version.
Please have a look at the photos along side 1X2 trans light blue plates to see
if you agree or have input.
My camera is not great at close ups so hopes these are discernible.
Thanks much

They look like Trans-Light Blue to me. However, if you want to know for sure,
get a black light. Trans-Medium Blue fluoresces *very* strongly under black light.
Cheers,
Randy

Cool. Thank you, I did not know that. I'll have to dig out my 70's
storage God, I wore bell bottoms that big?!

| Colours looks a bit different maybe due to the amount of tainted material, the
wings looks very thin, so more light can get through them, whereas 1x2 plates
use thicker material with acute angles creating kind of "pool" around corners
creating even more thicker volume. So they looks darker.

I assume you meant tinted or colored (not tainted) material. If so, astute. Good
point.
