Currently we do not accept entries for "in store builds" in the catalog. They
are added as instructions only to gear category here

It is on the roadmap under number 20 here

So we consider possibility to allow them in the catalog as sets. But not for
now. When this project will come alive in future we will start considering all
possiblities.
(My private opinion is that I would like to see them as sets)
But there could be some problem with iventories for them for example as they
never came sealed just loose parts to build in store.
So for now please add your pending in store build Tantive IV in such way. Current
pending one as set will soon be rejected.

| Hi Hygrotus,
Interesting considering that the Monthly Mini Model Build Sets do get accepted
(e.g. 40241-1). These can also only be built in stores and at least here in Germany
they are not given out in sealed bags and instructions can also only be viewed
in the store as well. So I agree with you that I would like to see these get
listed. For the Tantive IV, I uploaded a picture of the instructions which I
photographed with my cell phone in the store.

Interesting, so Germany is an exception as in other countries those Monthly Mini
Model Build Sets are distibuted in polybag from 2012. Check this article https://brickset.com/article/2243/brand-store-monthly-mini-model-build-now-in-polybags
See the attached photos of this certain example set.
That is why those from 2012 and later are in the catalog as sets. And those older
ones are still as instruction in gear category only
https://www.bricklink.com/catalogListOld.asp?catID=745&catXrefLevel=0&catType=G&q=Monthly+Mini+Model+Build&catLike=W&itemBrand=1000
Of course previous catmins accepted some in store build as sets but they are
still exception. So we have some precedences (Like those three Brickheadz). But
still policy that they goes as instruction to gear category till we run this
certain project from road map.

| I would like to see them as set in the catalog too. I don't see why inventory
could be an issue, as a note could state something like "inventory is not garanteed
100% accurate but confirmed by x members."
+ a little form with confirm this inventory/add remarks
it would need a given minimum confirmations to be accepted as ok.
The need is mostly to buy the right parts in right colour to be able to build
the set when we can't get it in store for any reason.
By the way, I have add this cute micro Systar in the Studio gallery a while back
using pictures from a german website but cannot be sure of the exact colour used,
even it's not such a big deal to use a dark pink plate instead of a magenta
one for instance (unless price of one part in one rare coulour is very high,
which is not the case here).
