Alternate is 4275b

Sorry I was assuming that I can add more change rows to the request but somehow
I triggered it.

Basically what I wanted is that I am doing my inventory and I do not have any
a variants of 4275 and 4276, so I am pretty sure that there must be an alternate
set with b variants of 4275 and 4276.

What is the source of your inventory? A brand new set which you yourself opened
or a used set?
