| I cannot find these in the catalog in parts or gear. To me, they look like
a backpack or belt clip, but can't find anything under those search words
either. I have these two masks:
but they both have a large black clip where you would attach them to the head,
so cannot be used in building.
I also thought they were canister tops? But can't find anything there either.
Anyone know?

Also: I have compared them to the actual masks that I have, and they are slightly
larger.

Take some images with your mobile device or a digital camera. If you show them
next to the Bionicle masks you do have that will give a sense of scale.
They'll be a lot faster to identify visually.

Take some images with your mobile device or a digital camera. If you show them
next to the Bionicle masks you do have that will give a sense of scale.
They'll be a lot faster to identify visually.

The official Lego masks are the ones on the far right and far left. The inside
ones are the ones I can't figure out where they come from. As you can see,
they do have a large plastic black clip inside. If there is any marking, it is
covered up by the clip and I can't see anything. Maybe these are some sort
of knock-off?

Thank you, Randy!! So Julie, you were on the right track! However, when I looked
up backpack, shoelace, clip, etc. in Gear category, I could find nothing. So
no one has added these to the catalog, perhaps?

I looked through every Bionicle item I could find in the Gear category. I did
not see them anywhere, so I am assuming they have never been added.

It looks to me as if you should consider submitting a catalog entry for the items.
No harm done if it gets knocked back for any reason.
