The motor "type 4"bb12vc being release since 1988 and the set being released
in between 1985-1990, it was natural to find a later release of this set coming
with motor "type 4" bb12vc.
Since 1987, the clips 4081a were replaced by 4081b since 1987 and as we expect,
we can see them in this MISB set. See photos 6 and 7 for 4081b and photos 6 and
8 for motor bb12vc (check the slotted contact holes on the right side)

I imagine you're right with these requests, but it's near impossible
to determine that from the photos. Would it be possible to get some better photos
of these two parts?

For identifying the motor bb12vc with slotted contact holes, look at slotted
contact holes
they are located on the right edge of the motor.

I realized there were many typos, sorry. Here is the corrected message:

Sorry, I should have been more specific. The photos are, unfortunately, of such
poor quality that I cannot determine whether the clip has a thin or thick ring
and I can't see the details on the motor at all. This is even after you
emailed me the original photos which were sent to you.

The photos shows for sure the motor is bb12vc. Mayb this is because you never
saw bb12vc in person.
Let me add a photo later.

Hi

yes, a poor quality of pictures but I can clearly see that it's the last
type motor with the slotted contact holes and it's the type 2 clip with the
thick ring.

@Reza: try to have good quality pictures next time
