unfortunately... the "Seller Protection" - "Show only Instant Checkout methods
to new buyers" in the management store tab. I found out the hard way this does
not exclude the old buyers from using instant check out.
I chose to go through with the instant check out, because of this misleading
feature.
I need this feature to only handle new buyers(100 days of activity, or 5 positive
feedback from different legitimate sellers). Pulling the orders, and invoicing
before payment is still much needed with old buyers.
However, I need to know that new buyers have a Active/Verified/Completely filled
out PayPal Account. That's why they pay up front.
Everything else is great as always. Shipping feature for flat rate without Instant
works flawlessly. They now have that basic math done for them hehe

I too would like to use Instant checkout for "New" users only, for the time being.
