Two 10232's parted out today and both had 92409 tires rather than the older version 51011u.

Two 10232's parted out today and both had 92409 tires rather than the older version 51011u.

This should be a direct change as the 51011u are undetermined parts marked for
deletion. Jennifer, please make sure to update the counterparts for this set
to 42610c03 instead of 42610c01, also. Thanks!
