This should be X42 RED Visor with Antennae not X70 bandana

The x42 is already a part of the minifig.

I don’t know where the bandana is used but it’s also in Brickset’s inventory
for the set.

Both the red visor and the bandana are part of the set. On page 11, you can
see the mini-fig wearing the bandana instead of the visor.
