Hi Thea, Is that the Bricklink inventory, or the one at the back of the Lego
instructions for the set? It does not appear to be used in the Lego instructions,
or the inventory of parts at the back of it

It's likely the same situation as this:

The special round plate was used only in a second version of the set.
