* Change 1 Part Light Gray {2415c02 Plate, Modified 2 x 2 Thin with Plane Single Wheel Holder and White Wheel with Black Tire (2415 / 3464 / 3139) to 2415c01 Plate, Modified 2 x 2 Thin with Plane Single Wheel Holder and Trans-Clear Wheel with Black Tire (2415 / 3464 / 3139)} (Counterpart)
* Change 1 Part {White to Trans-Clear} 3464c01 Wheel Center Small with Stub Axles (Pulley Wheel), with Black Tire 14mm D. x 4mm Smooth Small Single (3464 / 3139) (Counterpart)

In 1994, pulley wheels were Trans-Clear. White wheels were introduced in 2006. The instructions are pretty clear.

I see what you did there. You made a transparency joke comparing the instructions
to the wheels. It makes me sad to see people taking inventory change requests
