| Please make changes to the following inventory:
* Delete 1 Part 3021 Light Gray Plate 2 x 3
* Add 6 Part 3139 Black Tire 14mm D. x 4mm Smooth Small Single
* Add 1 Part 3031 Light Gray Plate 4 x 4
* Add 1 Part 3069b White Tile 1 x 2 with Groove
* Add 6 Part 4624 Light Gray Wheel 8mm D. x 6mm
* Add 3 Part 4870 Light Gray Plate, Modified 2 x 2 Thin with Dual Wheels Holder - Split Pins
* Change 3 Part Light Gray 4870c02 Plate, Modified 2 x 2 Thin with Dual Wheels Holder - Split Pins with White Wheels and Black Tires (4624 / 3139) {Regular to Alternate}

I didn't change "Light gray" to "Light Bluish Gray" because I don't have this set.
This set inventory is the same as 4032-8.

I know we were holding off on the new colors, but I've looked at the situation
more completely now and I think it is time to make the switch.
A couple of points for those who are wondering about this:
1) The new colors were in full swing by the beginning of 2004. This means that
the majority of pieces distributed in the airplane sets were in new colors.
2) Old colors found after the transition are not accounted for in BL inventories,
as a rule. So that makes the inventories for the airplane sets stand out, as
they often create outlier data.
3) All of the color "problems" in these inventories stem from a single inventory:
This inventory had no source, and contained several basic errors, despite the
fact that the Peeron inventory had already been verified with a sealed source
3 months earlier. On top of that, the Swiss version came from 2005, which is
not exactly "on the line" when it comes to colors.
4) It is true that Peeron uses only the old colors for their MISB-verified inventory,
but this is most likely due to an assumption of 2003 as the release year of the
set (I couldn't find any old colors listed after 2003). Of course, that release
year is very suspect - in addition to the sticker sheets (which show 2004 at
the earliest), the first version of the set to be added to BL was from May 2004:
5) There is value to having all 13 of these related inventories starting off
with the same generic base, and proceeding from there. At least it will not give
the false impression that these inventories are more precise than they actually
are. And any differences accounted for as time goes on will be much easier to
notice.

I'll check all the 13 inventory to be sure that the parts inventory is the
same.
I'm not sure that I fully understand your message about the colors. (I'm
not English natural speaking)
Is it okay If I match the gray color that is in the current inventory, Or need
I change to "Light Bluish Gray" for sets after 2004?
I noticed that the part 4869 is in "Light Bluish Gray" but all other parts are
in "Light gray".
What do you think if all the gray parts correspond to the same type of color?
"Light Gray" or "Light Bluish Gray" ?

Sorry for the confusion. I have decided that *all* of these 13 inventories should
have only the new colors, viz. Light Bluish Gray, Dark Bluish Gray, and Reddish
Brown. Note that parts like the turntable and the wheel assembly actually need
a new part number to completely change the color from Light Gray to Light Bluish
Gray.
You're doing well with the changes.  I'll make adjustments to anything
that doesn't come out quite right. I've already finished adjusting the
2005 and 2006 inventories, btw, so you don't need to worry about those.
