| Please make changes to the following inventory:
* Delete 1 Part 3713 Light Bluish Gray Technic Bush (Extra)
* Change 2 Part Dark Bluish Gray {88072 Plate, Modified 1 x 2 with Arm Up (Horizontal Arm Length 5mm) to 4623 Plate, Modified 1 x 2 with Arm Up (Horizontal Arm Length 6mm)}
Comments from Submitter:
Comparing parts from a sealed set. There was not 1 extra part 3713. Also viewing the description of the 2 parts 88072 to parts 4623, I have determined from the bottom view of the parts that they are actually part 4623.

This is surprising. TLG frequently includes an extra of this part.

I have no doubt that you are correct since you have a sealed set. However, this
is also surprising since that part hasn't been inventoried in sets since
2012 and the PCC from the instructions matches the part currently inventoried.

Lego sometimes makes mistakes when packing sets. The original inventory was done
from sealed set contents, so most likely foxweasle just got the one set that
is missing the extra part 3713.

If you are judging only by the open or closed bottom pins in the large image,
that is not the right way to determine which part you have. I know that was discussed
around here sometime ago and it was found that both part variants can come with
open or closed bottom pins. The best way to determine which part you have is
to look at the part number that is molded on the part (you may need a magnifying
glass to read it).

Also, one can measure the length of the hoizontal part of the arm.
