I checked the instructions and its only 16 and not 18.

Still nothing but while Randy was doing so well I push this one up.

I count 16 for the plane and 15 for the shuttle.
Don't know why there are 18.

This is a little more complicated because someone intentionally changed the count
from 16 to 18 a few years ago:

It could be a sign of alternate instructions.

I am almost free from the Turtle inventories, so this issue and your requests
from 6285-1 will be next.

I have a boxed set, if you will allow me some time, I'll check the set, box
and instruction and will get back to this thread, but I cannot give a deadline
right now, as it will depend from other occupations the next few days. I have
this set 'up' for verification since last summer, with the intent to
sell it, but it got delayed due to renovations of my house, now that has come
up, I don't mind proceding, but as said, no deadline (but less then 2 weeks,
that's a promise)

If you could check, that would be great. I have gone ahead and approved the change
for now - I can only see 16x used in the set. But there could be a problem with
the step inventories, and there could even be more than one version of the instructions.
We'll see...
