In the "Edit My Default Sell Item Options" from the Upload tab, separate the
"check box" and the "New/Old" options so that you can set your default "New/Old"
options without also forcing the checkbox to checked.
Nice to have the "New/Old" settings the way you want for when you want to consolidate,
but not have to consolidate by default.
