Oddly, a catalog search of 60474 shows 2 are present in 6242-1, however when you view the item inventory for 6242-1 (or part it out), part 60474 does not display.

Oddly, a catalog search of 60474 shows 2 are present in 6242-1, however when you view the item inventory for 6242-1 (or part it out), part 60474 does not display.

They show in the set, and they are in the set:

is part of the assembly [P=61485c01] together with
 
Part No: 61485 Name: Turntable 4 x 4 Square Base, Locking
* 		61485 Turntable 4 x 4 Square Base, Locking
Parts: Turntable
so when
you part this set out you end up with either 2 parts of 60474 together with 2
parts of 61485 or you have two parts of the assembly.
