What is your source? Did you open a new (MISB) box or did you found it an another
website or fleamarket or...

I have 2 other versions then the one on Peeron, one with indication on inner
flap, the other with indication on the other flap both clearly indicate 'not
included'

Does not seem correct, they where sold seperatly, and this is clearly indicated
on the box.
US versions might have been different, but I would like to see a box image then
(and if so, they would need to be 'extra' to avoid messing up the currently
listed ones).
