Heads - For figures with moveable arms and legs always use a head with an open
stud. When there are 2 entries in the catalog for the same head, one with an
open stud and one with a solid stud, always use the one with an open stud. Only
figures using old type torsos and/or legs (part no 17 and 15 respectively) can
have solid stud heads.
And yes we know that's wrong but it's how this catalog is done.

Yes, most know it's wrong, but maybe it's time to change all that, but
then offcourse alternate heads must be possible before such thing can happen.
I have several 'closed stud' heads and 'solid stud' heads, that
are not even in catalog, this 'oldie' for example:

I HAVE been thinking of a way around this and the classic spacemen, but apart
from a new catalog entry for the figure there is no real way to do this as you
can't have alternate parts in a minifigure inventory.
I really need to take this up with the cat admins.
