That link is to the parts list on the box. There don't appear to be instructions
for the set, so the images on the box should be used to determine the inventory
of the minifigs. The linked images in this thread show the D-Basket as neckwear
for the minifig. That means that it should be part of the minifig inventory,
not the set inventory.
