This item is definitely needed to hold the water to the cone - My daughter had great difficulty as I had not supplied the item based on your inventory but the instructions required it & she tried to use a standard one & it wouldn't work.

This item is definitely needed to hold the water to the cone - My daughter had great difficulty as I had not supplied the item based on your inventory but the instructions required it & she tried to use a standard one & it wouldn't work.

I see no reason why this part was removed.

@Inv. Admins is there an explanation why last change was approved?

Hi, I asked to change, since the first version 60002-1 does not include the open
round 1x1 at all. The one that includes should be 60002-2.
So still this inv should not contain the 85861, and create a new set, 60002-2
as I asked on forum.
The first instruction does not carry this part, but the newest downloadable PDF
from LEGO website tells the remodel to 60002-2.

I got the first release. Found the change for the second one.
Asked TLC and they sent me the missing part.
So no way for delete this part. Also why a 60002-2, that's not done here.
