This 4x12 black Plate does NOT exist in this set.

There are two sets of instructions for this set - I have a pending Inventory
Change Request from keithkram (13030) and I would need to have a copy of the
parts list for the set that requires all these changes. My set that I bought
here in America is the same as the inventory. Perhaps you could send me a scan
of your parts list.
I think it should be split in version 1 and version 2. When viewing instructions
in through page by page. It is doing so many MODIFICATIONS from the first version
that I consider to be a new set, and not just a re-release or an updated version.

Pretty much another example of TLG changing the set in middle of set's lifecycle,
such as was the case with TMNT Shellraiser set as summarized by Mathbuilder here

I was involved in many of those posts along with others. A pity that all of that
info is now gone as those discussions occured early this year and have been purged,
but thanks Mathbuilder for salvaging the highlights.

I still don't undertand this 6 months forum purge. This is the only site
with such a crazy forum purge schedule. So much knowledge is lost.

Yes please, create an 60010-1 and 60010-2. There are too much changes for a simple
"alternate parts" solution.
This set inventory changed very soon after its first release.
There is a January and a February set of instructions:
