I've been a seller here a very long time. I have a fair number of people
on my stop list. Maybe some of them don't belong there. Does anyone know
of a tool for "grooming", that is, reviewing and deciding which ones could be
removed? What I am doing now is viewing their feedback one at a time and making
the decision... kinda laborious.

Lar, I don't know what kind of tool one could use to do this, but I manually
review and update my Stoplist and Most/Least Favorite Store lists at least once
each year. Among other things, I will remove members who have been deregistered
or inactive for 3 or more years, sellers who no longer stoplist me, and people
I have patched things up with. In fact, one year around Christmas I posted a
challenge in the forum for other sellers to do the same to see if we could collectively
remove 1000 names from our stoplists. It got a lot of replies and almost 1500
members were un-stoplisted. Maybe we should do the same again this year.

Would be nice if we could post a note with stop list such as "Store has unreasonable
lot limit/fees" or "very slow to pack and ship" and buyers such as the idiot
buyer who thinks you can fit a MISB 10179 inside a $5.80 flat rate box and refuses
to pay more than $5.80 shipping, or a general "didn't like the person on
forum, would rather not deal with him".
You already can with both stop-lists and least favorites.

You can? oh snap, that pretty much kills the reason for having this in suggestion.
