This is a good idea but needs inbuilt safeguards to prevent abuse. Perhaps the
issuing of coupons by a store would be restricted in terms of how often Bricklink
buyers may be contacted and restrictions on contacting non-previous customers.
There has to be a better way than the current 'brute-force' restriction
of forcing manual entry for each coupon.
It would be a great help if there was a mass coupon option. Issuing coupons
one by one is time consuming. Thanks for your consideration!
Thanks but no thanks.
voted NO. Please be more specific and maybe you will get a YES next time.
Issue mass-coupons for whole BL/whole country/city/whatever other option which
includes random users you have never had contact with - NO, NO, NO and NO. Respectively.
issue mass coupons for your previous buyers - maybe, maybe a small yes.

Also, there's a feature to send coupons to buyers, enable it here: http://www.bricklink.com/orderSettingsCols.asp?v=r
That creates a link for each order on your Orders Received page, issuing a coupon
to prior buyers just takes a few clicks then.

No,
Makes it too easy to flood with coupons.
The more people who have the same coupon, the less valuable the coupon likely
is.
Just put the store on sale.
It really is to your advantage to have lower prices, as opposed to coupons.
Many people do a list by price, when searching the catalog.
The lower your listed price, the most likely your listing will be noticed.
There are very few coupons I consider when doing my initial search anyway.
