I believe it had something to do with the size of the "LEGO" emoticons. Either
Admin didn't think they looked good when shrunk to the size used here, or they
weren't all the same size. They were different images then these though.

That looks more like the ones I remember. I think they came from different sources
though, hence them not all being the same size. I DO remember Admin trying to
make it work though.
