I've looked but can not find an option to be notified when an inventory change
has been requested, or approved.

It would be nice to have an option to be notified when an inventory change happens
real time. It would reduce the inventory discrepancies created when an erroneous
part is added to a stores items for sale through an upload based on a initial
inventory. I would like the option to verify, and fix any inventory issues immediately
to help eliminate customer frustration when I have to email them telling them
I do not have a part requested.

This was suggested a while ago too.
Seems a good idea, though the mailbox will be flooded.
