It would look different from each seller. I do title the charges on my invoices:
"Materials fee: (currencysymbol)(addn'l charge 1)"
"Tracking / Insurance: (currencysymbol)(addn'l charge 2)"

The fee is only mentioned on your Splashpage, but not your Termspage.
"I add shipping charges, fees, and any credits if applicable" is a bit vague.
Mention the fee and it's clear.
