Hi.

I'm listing my stuff, and I want to list a torso I have that is dark blue.

When I search the catalog, I get only the Minifig torsos, with dark blue in the
title.

There is no box I can tick to find mini-fig torsos with official or "known" colors
dark blue. I think it would be a service to have it.

Correct. find the color, click parts, and then the category.

It works in advanced search, but on the main page of catalog, the search
engine does not recognize a color name (ie dark green) as a key word.

I was trying to find the seattle NBA torso in dark green.

It also did not show up under the color guide (where it would be a mini-fig,
torso under dark green).

Can the search engine be programmed to accept color names as key words?

Try it this way:
Buy Tab
Parts
Dark Green
you can either scroll through and find them or search for 973* which is the number
for a torso OR torso assembly. Either way, the seattle torso and assembly are
there.

Hope that helps!
Ruth

It already exists here http://www.bricklink.com/catalogSearch.asp if I get your
meaning right.

Just put 'minifig torso's' on the categories, and 'dark blue' in the colors.
