I would like to propose a day when we all take a minute to thank the Mod's for
the work they do. Even when we disagree with them, they work hard and make this
a better place.
I would like to propose Oct 27th as MOD appreciation day.

Good Idea.

Yup, it's a tough job, I'm sure. I vote yes! Though maybe we should aim for
a slightly later date if this does get implemented quickly.

Only if Hallmark agrees to create a card so they can profit from another made
up "holiday".

I think that is a great idea and that Admin should give them all a very big Christmas
bonus to thank them himself.

Sorry, all my Appreciation Days are booked solid for the rest of my life, and
then some. We are a bi-cultural family, so we celebrate Mother's Day, Father's
Day, Children's Day, Boys' Day, Girls' Day, birthdays, anniversaries, etc., etc.
And, of course, Secretary's Day (which seems to happen several times a year).
Of the remaining 350 days, my wife mandates that 349 be Wife Appreciation Day.
That leaves only one day a year, which my buddies and I zealously guard as Beer,
Nachos, SuperBowl and More Beer Appreciation Day. So I will just sneak out for
a minute from yet another WAD to say THANK YOU MODS!
Which reminds me, did you sign up for the Holiday Exchange?

I know it's 10 years later and it's almost the end of the day, but .
. . thank you to all the discussion forum moderators.
