Hi!
I'm Jeff and I run Tuxy Bricks in my free time. My journey with LEGO began with my first set #6020 (Dragon Knights' Magic Shop) and ever since then, I've enjoyed building my collection and seeing all the cool sets and creations that have come from these small plastic bricks.I started my Bricklink store when I found several of my old sets in disarray and needing to replace missing parts. After completing these sets and having placed tons of orders, I realized that I had lots of extra pieces that I no longer needed and since Bricklink made it easy to find and get what I needed, maybe I could do the same for others!
Apart from LEGO, I'm also big into tech, like computers, software, amateur/ham radio (KF0MTC), etc. and I wanted to bring that hobby into this one. Linux is an operating system, similar to MacOS and Windows, that is part of this other hobby and that platform has a mascot named "Tux" the penguin. "Tuxy" is simply my playful spin on something I'm passionate for and enjoy doing - similar to LEGO! So I used it as part of my store name.
