I have high expectations when it comes to offers that say "100% complete set". Building legos bring me a ton of joy, something I don't have in my life otherwise and nothing ruins it more than a missing lego piece. In return I am the best buyer I can be, I pay fast, I don't negotiate shipping prices, I post feedback and as long as I get notifications on my email I reply on the same day to all questions and messages.
The only negative feedback I ever got was from lindholmen6, a complete scumbag who lied about selling me a complete set (the rogue one ATST, there were 7 parts missing, he even managed to replace an apparently lost hand of a minifigure with a brown one and hoped I won't notice), the set arrived packed basically in a trashbag surrounded by empty lego foil bags, it was already prebuilt (who sells already built legos?) probably so I won't notice that it's incomplete. When I addressed the issue he tried to haggle me with paypalling the money instead of just getting me the parts.
I spent over an hour dismantling the set and checking the inventory what's missing, created a bricklink wanted list and ordered the parts from a different seller. After giving the invoice to the seller (who earlier offered to transfer me up to 17 euro for the issue) he paypalled me less money that I spent on the parts and started arguing that he transferred 14 euro but paypal for some reason sent it in GBP and therefore I got less money. And as You can already predict dear reader- he left me a negative feedback because I gave him one. I also checked shipping prices from Sweden to Poland and it looks like he screwed me on the shipping price as well but that's just my assumption.
