It all started by playing with my older brother's space set Legos back in 1983. I was 4 years old then, and both my brothers lost interest. Instead, they had either baseball cards, G.I. JOE, or Star Wars figures to play with. My parents realized my interest in Lego bricks soon after I started playing with them. In 1984, they bought me my very own set... # 6373: Motorcycle Shop. I played with that thing into the dirt!

My parents then forked up more money and bought me sets ranging from castles to space back to town. The only sad thing is, they threw out almost everything I had (and I had a ton of great sets) without ever mentioning it to me.

So anyway, I got a little older and took a long break from Lego bricks (this is about when they all got trashed). I took a BIG interest in Marvel comics (and a few other small company titles) and went on to school. I'm now a bit older, married and working a normal job... Well to make a long story even longer, my nephew got me right back into bulding these things. He's opened the door that was closed off for quite some time...

So with the extra cash that I have saved up each month (aside from the savings of gifts for wifey), I've decided to buy up old sets that I once owned. This way, I can get a feel for how to build again. I have to admit, I'm a little rusty.

I've just recently discovered LDraw.org and their great design app! I've been working on a few models and now I'm finally in search of specific pieces. Though, I've bought plenty of pieces thus far from the likes of eBay.com and BrickLink.com, I've resorted to obtaining sets. Some of these sets were on sale, so I picked up more than one. Needless to say, I've gone and started to post a few pieces that I feel are extras. I've even got a few sets for sale (including some old ones!). I just need to find the time to post them all.
