The carnival is set on a grassy area with trees and a stone and dirt pathway. It features a food stand, a balloon/ balloon game stand, and a duck game.

The food stall has a worker preparing fries, a hot dog, and a corndog. The food shack has a sliding window with a white base color, and dark red and dark orange accents. The balloon area includes light blue and light pink canopy. Underneath, there are two boards with balloons on it for the game, and to the side of it, there is a spot to purchase individual balloons as well as a helium tank to refill popped balloons. The duck stall has a white and red canopy, and underneath, there are the ducks for the game, and there are the prizes. The third duck from the left is rigged in a way that prevents it from falling down. The trees around the outskirts of the build include a kid mourning his popped balloon, a tree with a few squirrels collecting acorns, and the last tree is plain. The minifigures include two kids- one under a tree, and one playing at the duck stall- two carnival attendants- one manning the balloons, and the other supervising the duck game- the food vendor preparing his concessions, and a juggler in his carnival suit and juggling his orange clubs.
