This is a modular health clinic. It is fit with waiting room, examination rooms, elevator, maternity room, laboratory, CT/MRI scanning room, X-ray room, cafeteria with restroom. It also comes with 10 minifigures for the space and a stretcher. It has everything for a hospital experience and fits perfectly into any modular city.

My inspiration came from clinics I've seen in cities where existing spaces had to be retrofitted to accommodate new uses for the space. My local hospital started out in a successful doctor's personal home and grew. Eventually additional wings were built around that and I wanted to nod to the way that medical facilities tend to adapt in this way.
