It’s a big day for Vince… after months of blistering hard work, two of his most painstakingly intricate creations are finally ready to make their way to their new homes.

To Vince, every project is a journey… a winding road of unexpected turns, quiet revelations, and the occasional delightful surprise. His clocks do more than just tell time… each tells an intriguing story of exquisite craftmanship and inspired design. These two are no exception…

The first audaciously fuses old-world flair with modern panache. Distinctive verticals and flowing curves are punctuated by ornate carvings and chrome flourishes, tempering the sheer presence of its imposing wooden frame. The interlocking interplay of reclaimed mahogany and white oak achieves visual tension that resolves yet refuses to settle… an odd pairing, perhaps, albeit one that somehow feels destined, like time itself.

At its heart, the mechanism sits cocooned in a window-like enclosure, whose rounded base draws a perfect concentric arc around the pendulum. A hand-knit screen further veils the assembly, adding a hint of mystery amidst the majesty. And to top it all off, a wrought iron sculpture crowns the piece, firmly grounding it in its turn-of-the-century inspired aesthetic.

The second takes a more restrained path… minimalist in expression, yet every bit as striking in its refined elegance. It, too, carries graceful curves, culminating in what Vince affectionately calls the three golden pillars of time. Housed in a diamond-weave cage, its low-slung pendulum sways with such poise, it all but disappears in motion.

Vince’s rambunctious son, Theo, is eager to tag along today. Lately, he’s begun to take real interest in the craft and is already proving to be quite the help. Like his father before him, Vince hopes to one day hand over the business to Theo.

Of course, no trip is complete without their ever-present companion… their cat, Mandou, whose boundless curiosity is surpassed only by her playful nature.

Their trusty truck, in the family for decades, has seen better days. A few bumps, a few bruises… but with regular care and a gentle touch, the engine still hums, the wheels still spin like clockwork… pun fully intended.

Vince isn’t one for vanity plates, but sometimes fate has a sense of humor… as it happens, the license number spells out “TIME”!
