We ship to all countries and districts around the world.
But in some countries, parcels cannot be sent due to the coronavirus. This situation changes every day. Please check if your country is affected.
If you are in a country/region that cannot be shipped, you are welcome to ask if we can ship to you.
If our provider declines to send your order, we will notify you and return the billed amount.
Quality:
All sets are new and in factory sealed boxes and have never been opened, but sometimes a box may have shelfware.

No minimum purchase and no lot limits.
Batch Ordering:
You are welcome to make an order with multiple batches, provided you notify us beforehand, notify us when you are finished, and take no more than 5 days to make your selections.
Operating Hours:
Always feel free to shop, but please keep in mind we like to go on holiday or have a day off too. On these days you can order, but the invoice will arrive a little later. These days shipment and response to e-mail are very slow or none at all!!! Paid orders will be shipped as soon as possible after this period.
Invoicing & Notification:
Within 24 hours from the time you place an order, we will acknowledge your order and invoiced for payment. Sometimes invoices fail to arrive in your email inbox, so check your BrickLink account if you do not hear from us within 24 hours. Please respond to notices and invoice of payment to acknowledge payment for your order within 5 business days, else your order will be canceled. Successive failure to respond to notices may lead to negative feedback.
Payment Confirmation:
After receiving and verifying payment, orders are made ready for shipping. We ship orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation, provided the delivery store is open. During the winter season, snow storms and bad road conditions may delay order shipment.

- ACH payment for domestic buyers NO extra costs!
- Wire transfer from inside of the United States 0 fees;
- PayPal fees ( 4.5% ) & Credit card fees ( 4.5% ) are applied;
- Wire transfer for international buyers has $25 fees per transaction.
- All items are listed in USD, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping:
- Domestic (US) Shipping: UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Delivery within the US. We will select the cheapest shipping method between the two in most cases.
- International Shipping: UPS, some DHL or FedEx, USPS. It depends on where you are located, because we wanted to find the best possible service with the lowest rate to ship your goods to you.
- Please do provide us with your PHONE NUMBER to avoid delays in shipping!
- Due to COVID-19, packing and shipping delays may occur.
Return:
We do not accept returns. If you find a problem with your item(s) please feel free to reach out to me and I will do my best to resolve the issue. If your package is damaged by USPS during shipment, you can submit and produce the damaged packing to USPS for the claim.
