Please take the time to read through these terms before finalizing your order. Submitting an order signifies your acceptance of all the terms outlined below.
Item Condition:
All parts listed as 'New' are taken from unopened sets, handled only for sorting, storage, and packing of orders. Minifigs are stored in individual polybags in their original condition; i.e., each minifig will be as assembled or unassembled as when it came out of the box. Certain items sold as complete assemblies will be shipped fully assembled, e.g., some hinges, turntables, etc.
Certain parts may have mold variations listed as separate items in the Bricklink catalog. For some of these parts we do not distinguish between variations. If you require a certain mold variant, please contact us before placing your order.
IMPORTANT NOTE: MINIFIGS LISTED AS NEW INCLUDE ONLY THOSE ITEMS LISTED IN THE BRICKLINK INVENTORY FOR THAT MINIFIG. HAND-HELD ACCESSORIES AND OTHER ITEMS INCLUDED AS PART OF THE SET THAT THE MINIFIG COMES FROM ARE NOT INCLUDED UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
All sets listed as 'New' will be in MISB (Mint In Sealed Box) condition unless otherwise stated in the set description. Some sets, especially older ones, may exhibit some signs of shelf wear and/or denting of the box. If box condition is important to you, please contact me prior to placing your order.
Instruction booklets are frequently poorly packed in LEGO set boxes, and we make no claims as regard to MINT condition of instruction booklets. All instruction booklets listed as 'NEW' are guaranteed to be from new sets, never used, and in sufficient condition to allow the building of all models as contained in the booklet(s).
Invoicing:
I will send an invoice to you within 12 hours of you placing your order. Most orders are invoiced within several minutes to an hour or two after you submit your order. If you wish to order in multiple batches over several days, please include a note in the order comments section. In this case, I will not send your invoice until either you let me know you are done shopping, or until 7 days have passed without an addition. Once your order is invoiced, I will not allow any removal of items, so please ensure that your order is correct before submitting.
If you do not receive your invoice within 12 hours of submitting your order, first check your email client's junk mail folder, as some email systems regard Bricklink invoices as spam mail. Next, check your Bricklink messages at http://www.bricklink.com/myMSG.asp?a=i&v=7. If you still do not see your invoice, please contact me at CASTLEVANIA1830@GMAIL.com or through Bricklink's contact feature (http://www.bricklink.com/store.asp?p=castlevania64) so that I may send you another invoice. At our discretion, any order additions made after invoicing may incur a $1.00 processing fee in addition to normal shipping charges.
Packing of Orders:
I will generally pack smaller lots together to conserve space/weight in your shipment. Larger lots will be packed into their own separate polybag. I will pack like items together, i.e., bricks with bricks, Technic with Technic, etc. Tiles and other items with smooth surfaces will be packed separately to minimize scratching of these surfaces while your package is in transit.
Your order will be packed into the smallest available outer packaging which will safely hold it, in order to minimize shipping costs while at the same time ensuring that your order arrives whole and undamaged. An invoice/packing list will be included with ALL orders, so that if your shipment is opened while in transit, all items are returned to the packaging and sent on to you.
Payment:
Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. If no payment is received within 7 days, I will send a reminder invoice. After 14 days with no payment, I will initiate the NPB (Non-Paying Buyer) process.
I accept Paypal I never charge any kind of fee for accepting Paypal. NO BANK TRANSFERS at any time--while you may be trustworthy, emails containing bank account information sent over an unsecure Internet connection may be intercepted.
To ensure faster processing of your order, BELMONT'S CLAN utilizes you may submit your payment to the account as listed on your invoice. Please be sure to include your order number with your payment, as payments without order numbers may delay shipping.
In the event of a lost or damaged package, we will make every reasonable attempt to recover your payment (less shipping) from the insurer, provided you timely submit any required documentation in regards to filing an insurance claim (e.g., signed statement of non-delivery, photos of damaged parcels/items, etc.).
Returns:
Unopened sets may be returned for full credit of the original purchase price. Parts orders (including minifigs, gear, books, and instructions) may not be modified, returned, or exchanged. At our discretion, refunds may be in the form of a refund to your original payment method, an exchange for an identical item, or a credit for a future order.
