Welcome to Franks Bricks'n'Bits

 

Currently I only sell new Lego pieces that have been seperated from Lego sets or bought from other Bricklink sites.

New does not necessarily mean mint and some pieces may show minor marks from contact from other bricks. Slight colour variations may also occur in some colours.

I do try and seperate different mould types eg. jumper plates, modified plates etc. but please note some may slip though.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have with my store and I will get back to you as soon as I can but please note I do work full time.

All Used Parts and Pieces has been soaked and washed before sale (excluding electrical parts off course) But some pieces may require some additional cleaning to remove stubborn dirt/dust.

Ordering: I do aim to invoice, pick and send within 24 hours of receiving an order (dependant on receiving payment and time zones)

Invoicing: Due to my work load I am now only able to Invoice after 6pm AEST. 

Quotes: Quotes have been enabled at checkout and are most welcome. Please note that with quotes I use the weight estimate supplied by Bricklink and DO NOT pick. If weights are close to next postage weight bracket, I will quote the higher postage bracket and if you proceed with order and I can get into lower postage bracket, a refund on the difference will be given. I DO NOT profit on postage costs.

Payment Time: Payment is due within 3 days of invoicing. A reminder will be sent after 3 days. If this is a problem or you need more time just send me a message through Bricklink and let me know and we'll work something out.

Payment Options: I currently only accept payment via Paypal. Please DO NOT contact me asking for my bank details as I DO NOT and WILL NOT ever give out my bank details.

Posting: Orders are posted daily. Due to starting a new job I can only post afternoons  (Excluding weekends and public holidays.)

Postage Time: Postage times vary greatly depending on where you are ordering from. Domestic is usually from 3 to 7 work days. International is usually from 10 to 20 work days (custom delays may occur.)

Lost or Damaged Orders: Tracking and Insurance are available on most postage options. I do not force these options on buyers but please be aware that I will not be held responsable for orders without Tracking and/or Insurance once they leave me. If your order turns up damaged you will be required to take the contents and packaging to your local Post Office for POSSIBLE compensation. If you believe your order has been lost please contact me so I can lodge a lost item claim through the Post Office. (Please note Australia Post will not do anything till package has been missing for 3 months.) I do receive a proof of lodgement on all International orders (Tracked/Insured or not.) 

Cancelling Orders: Buyers and sellers are now able to cancel orders. As a seller I will only cancel a order after 3 days of invoicing and after a reminder has been sent and have had no reply or payment from buyer. If as a buyer if you are unhappy with postage costs on invoice or just no longer want your order just send a request to cancel. No harm, no foul.
