Please read entire page for what I hope is helpful information on invoicing, packaging, shipping as well as parts variation policy and condition of used parts.

Placing an order means that you have read and agree to all terms below.

No Lot Fees - However, orders with many lots - 30 or more- will take a little longer to fill.

$10.00 minimum order

Payment during the check out process is available for orders up to 1 pound. Keep reading for info on orders over 1 pound.

Shipping Chart:

Total PACKED WEIGHT is up to/not over:

up to 4 ounces  $3.95

Over 4 ounces up to 8 ounces $4.45

Over 8 ounces up to  13 ounces $5.45

Over 13 ounces up to  14 ounces $6.45

Scroll to the end of this page for instructions on how to display weight in your cart.

If your order is more than 1 pound :

It will most likely ship via Priority Mail. For heavier packages, I'll check to see if Fed EX or UPS is a good choice. In order to keep things moving, I may eyeball an order and estimate on shipping prior to pulling and packing the order. If I estimate too high, I'll refund the difference. (If I estimate too low, that's my problem.)

All orders include USPS Tracking®. I will email you the tracking number after the order ships.

ORDER STATUS NOTE: BrickLink has a glitch that sets the order to Ready status when it is not in fact ready. Please know I will either use Processing, Packed or Shipped to reflect the status of your order.

PLEASE  NOTE: I set orders to the "Processing" status as a way to signal that I acknowledge the order was placed. It doesn't mean you are next in line, only that you are in line.

ABOUT MY USED PARTS:

Used is used, expect some playwear, but not heavily played with.

I try hard to weed out the heavily scratched, nicked or discolored parts.

For stickered parts : There may be some stickers that are a bit crooked or off center. I try not to list any that are too askew.

I try not to list used items that leave me thinking "is it old light gray or light bluish gray".  Used items can be hard to figure out. Eventually I'll list custom bulk lots for parts that fall into that category.

I do my best to sort out pearl light gray and flat silver. Due to age of parts, LEGO inconsistencies and my ageing eyes - this can be tricky on Technic/Bionicle parts in particular. That said, I do feel pretty confident in my listings, but everybody's eyes see things differently. I don't want to disappoint, but please know there is a chance our eyes see the color differently.

I don’t differentiate between smooth slopes and those that are not. General consensus on the BrickLink message board is that the variance in texture is due to different production machines and/or age of the part.

SETS: PLEASE DON'T BUY IF YOU ARE A BOX COLLECTOR. MOST BOXES HAVE SHELFWEAR, STICKERS AND/OR INDENTATIONS.

PART VARIATIONS:

Some parts have slight variations (due to LEGO changing their molds). These variations are sometimes (but not always) distinguished in the BrickLink catalog with a "b", "c" and so on at the end of the part number. In my opinion the variations are slight; therefore I group these parts together in my store. Parts include but are not limited to those that have "o" clips 61252 vs. 6019;  parts with Axle Hole vs Axle Hole - New Style with X Opening. If you want a specific variant, it is best to ask prior to buying. My parts may include mingling of variations.

New Stickers:

Sticker sheets are from the sets they come from. I do not distinguish between international version vs. any other type of version.

Super Lots:

Don’t forget to look at Super Lots.

Invoicing

If your order cannot be completed using the instant check out feature, I will invoice asap.

If I discover an error in my inventory, I will contact you to discuss your options.

Prices are firm. PLEASE do not contact me to negotiate a price. I hate to be rude, but I will likely ignore these requests.

No returns.

No International Orders. (Please don’t ask for exceptions.)

Not a big fan of local pickup. Between stranger danger, covid, the cost of gas, the time involved, it's not really much of an advantage.

PACKAGING:

I try to be economical when packing orders. I typically do not bag individual lots, unless of course the quantity ordered makes sense to do so.  On the other hand, I do not cram baggies full of multiple lots either. If parts are rare or lend themselves to scratching, I do take extra care with them.  I have been shipping Lego for over 20 years, nearly everyone has been happy with how I pack orders

In order to save on paper and ink, I do not include a packing slip with the order. However, I do include the order number, your address and my address inside the package. All order details are stored on BrickLink for 6 months for your reference.

ABOUT THE PIECES

These are coming to you from a smoke free home.

I have 2 cats.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

I don’t want to make a promise I can’t keep, so I won't promise same day/next day shipping.  Processing and shipping depend on how many orders come in and the size of those orders. It could take 3 days for your order to ship. I don't want to disappoint anybody who is in a rush for a project.

Orders with many lots - 30 or more- will take a little longer to fill.

I will send out a "drive thru" message with the tracking number once the order is shipped. The tracking number will also be visible on the order detail page, up in the right hand corner area.

PAYMENT

PayPal - Please make sure your PayPal and BrickLink address match. Your order will be delayed if they don’t match.

Payment must be made using the PAY NOW button on the Order Details page. This is because any payments made using other methods may result in an improper transaction where tax is not paid to the state.

PLease do not ask for alternate offsite payment options.

Thank you.

About me:

I have been selling Lego on BrickLink (formally known as BrickBay) since its opening in June of 2000. You can view my BrickLink feedback at the upper left or right corners of this page. I’ve gone from selling from when my kids were in diapers, raising 3 kids, working a full time job to now when this is pretty much all I do. In other words, I’ve gone from a crazy hectic life to a much calmer time.

I have been selling Lego online (before this site existed) since the summer of 1998.

25 plus years of being a brick peddler!!
