Greetings, and thanks for dropping by.

Since we have such a large nuber of sets on offer, as you can see, you may be curious about us.  Let me give you a bit of background.  It is a bit of a read, but we hope you get through it ;-)

Our situation is that we are selling a large bunch of our MISB/NISB sets to make room for a reno (to make more room for our Lego - 875 square feet) and to pay for that reno.  We have an awful lot!  Since about 2005 we purchased a lot of what we liked because we could, and a fair bit more for the future way before Lego was even being suggested as an investment.  We figured we could play with it and still sell it years later for at least what we paid.  Little did we know then...

I am selling sets in my pharmacy that make sense to sell at their original retail price (or a bit more or a bit less) to the regular public.  We use some as "loss leaders" to generate interest and generally the sets we chose for that function are ones that appeal especially to kids (no offence) and don't sell too often on Bricklink or eBay and ones that we have a few of. But some have appreciated in value such that it would look odd to anyone but a knowledgeable AFOL to price a set such on a store shelf at Bricklink valuations.  The bulk of what we are selling off at Drugtown doesn't fit that criteria and is therefore not in my pharmacy.  Every once in a while we bring in a bunch of special sets and let it be known in the community that there are some retired sets that AFOL's would be more interested in on sale. Through word of mouth and Facebook we have had lots of locals come by, but we have even visitors from out of province.

A number of years ago, through a series of "I know a guy who knows a guy who...sells Lego on Bricklink" we connected with Kenneth vanRoon who runs KvR Extras.  Since we didn't have the time or energy (three kids, two businesses, 4 senior parents, and...) to set up our own Bricklink store, we came to an arrangement for Kenneth to sell our sets trough his store.  The arrangement suited us all very well for quite a few years.  Since Covid 19 hit, we have had to hit pause on that.  We have been slow to set up our own store, but he has been a great help, and now we are here for you.  Pricing depends on how much we do not or do want to sell a given set.  If we have a few of something not too exciting to us or our kids the price will be more discountable than a cool and exciting superheroes set with Deadpool in it (hard to sell that one!) Some sets may require a day or two to dig out, and are obviously going to be pricier.  Just about everything is MISB and at least NISB with the occasional dented or damaged box which we acknowledge with a lower price. There are an awful lot of built sets at home (not to mention all of the loose parts) that we will eventually get to putting out here as well so check back from time to time.

Phew.  Glad you made it to the this point.  If you have questions, please ask.  If you feel insecure shopping with us becuase we are new to Bricklink, contact Kenneth for a reference. Additionally, we are happy to send photos of the actual sets you are interested in to provide you with even more confidence in us.  Please check back regularly as we are adding items daily.
