Please read the following information before placing an order. It covers what you will need to know about purchasing from Brixalotl. If we missed something, just ask!

There is a $2 minimum for orders and no lot limits.

Part Quality:

All parts listed as "New" are BRAND NEW direct from LEGO, or from sealed sets and have been handled only to sort and to fill orders.Parts are inspected for minor imperfections. Keep in mind that these parts have traveled quite a distance to get here and may have some minor scratching from rubbing against other parts.
All parts listed as "Used" have come from third party sources. Used bricks are just that, bricks that have been used. Bricks may have minor imperfections caused from being played with (mild scratching, etc). We put our hands on EVERY brick, and if it's not in excellent condition we won't sell it.
All parts are stored in sealed plastic bags inside plastic drawers. NEW parts are stored separately from USED parts and are sorted and stored in a smoke-free environment.

Disclaimer: We try our best to differentiate between the "new" style and "old" style plates and bricks, and other variations of LEGO product but sometimes get them mixed together. If you specifically need one or the other, please let us know and we'll try our best to accommodate you!

Order Additions:

Additions to your order are welcome until the order is paid. Additions to your order after payment has been received will be charged a 75 cent surcharge to cover processing costs.
If you plan on adding to your order over a period of time (we allow all orders to remain open for up to one week), please do not pay until you are completely done ordering. Please let us know when you place your order if you intend on making additions to it, we will not invoice you until you are done. Additions to your order after you have received an invoice will likely cause an increase in the shipping charge.

Payment:

Please DO NOT send payment until you have received an invoice from us! The initial order confirmations sent by Bricklink do not include shipping costs.

Order Processing:

Our processing time is extremely fast. Invoices are typically generated within 24 hours of receiving your order. Every effort is made to process orders as quickly as possible.
We do not "bulk pack" orders; meaning simply that your order will arrive sorted and packaged individually by lot/color, like lots and colors may be packed together if the quantity is small enough. We feel part of the service is having your parts come nicely packaged, not just thrown together inside a large bag. If you wish your items to be "bulk packed," please let us know and we'll do that for you.

All orders will ship the day after payment is received.

We use the Bricklink order tracking system to keep you informed of the status of your order, please refer to your Orders Placed screen to check on the status of your order.

Order Accuracy:

We are human, and we occasionally make a mistake on color or quantity. Rest assured that if we do make a mistake, we will make it right.

Non-Paying Buyers:

Payment is expected within 7 days from the date of invoice. If payment is not received within this time frame, a Non-Paying Buyer alert will be filed with Bricklink. This may result in loss of your ability to place future orders through Bricklink (not just at our store). If, after filing the NPB alert, and payment is still not received, the order will be cancelled and negative feedback will be left. All Non-Paying Buyers will be banned from placing future orders at Brixalotl.

Feedback:

We leave feedback every week. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us! We can not resolve problems we are not made aware of.

Store Shipping Policy:

Domestic (USA) Shipping:

Most packages are shipped through the United States Postal Service. We will choose the method of shipping best suited to the size and value of your order.
Small and light orders will be sent First Class in a padded bubble envelope. Heavier, high value, or fragile parts will be boxed and sent Priority Mail. Extremely large and/or heavy orders may be sent Parcel Post or Fedex.
Cost of shipping will be actual postage cost plus 10 cents for packaging materials. We make our best effort to choose the shipping method most advantageous to the buyer.
If you have a preference for a shipping / packaging type, please state this on your order. This is the only way to guarantee that we see it, a separate e-mail may get lost in the shuffle.
We ship packages using the Order Detail screen on Bricklink, so please make sure that your your address on Bricklink is COMPLETE and CORRECT. If you have special shipping instructions, send them as a note on your order.

Insurance:

Insurance is available at your request and expense. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that were not insured. Please indicate when placing your order if you would like insurance so that it can be included on your invoice. The cost of insurance varies depending on the value of the order.
 

International Shipping:

We will not misrepresent customs forms for any reason, do not ask.
All packages are shipped through the United States Postal Service. The charge will be the actual cost of shipping with a $5 minimum to cover the extra requirements. We will choose the method of shipping best suited to the size and value of your order.
