Who we are:
Since our whole family of 6 enjoys everything Lego, we knew the next step was to turn our passion into a business. Our kids, who are homeschooled and range in age from 10-16, have an opportunity to learn how to maintain an online shop, sort and organize inventory, assist with customer service, handle packaging and shipping orders, and understand all the other aspects of running a business… all while having FUN! (Don’t worry though, we parents are assisting and checking absolutely everything along the way.)
Good to know info:
- $10 minimum orders
- Items are in USED, but good condition unless specifically stated otherwise in the listing. This means pieces might have slight wear or slight discoloration, but will not be chewed up, written on, or broken. We try to describe any flaws that are very noticeable in the individual item description.
- Sticker application and instruction conditions
are graded on a scale of:
Poor, Fair, Good, Great, or Excellent - Allergies- Items come from a smoke-free home. We have 2 large dogs that are not allowed to play with Lego, but if you have a severe dog allergy, please reach out to us before you purchase.
- You’re always welcome to ask for pictures of any of our listings.
- By ordering from Brick Family of 6, you consent to being added to our email mailing list of which you can opt out at any time.
Payment:
- We only accept payment via PayPal (onsite).
Shipping/Packing Orders:
- Orders usually ship in 2 business days after payment is received.
- We ship to the U.S. only, via USPS or UPS, and a tracking number is provided for all orders and will be upload to the Order page on Bricklink.
- The shipping cost includes the actual postage plus approximately up to $1 to cover shipping materials like bubble wrap, padded mailers, tape, labels, boxes, etc.
- No handling fees!
- Shipping insurance is available by request, so please contact us prior to ordering if you’d like to purchase it for an additional small fee. We are not in control of shipping once we get it post- marked. If you are concerned your order may not get to you, please request insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages by the postal service.
- Orders ship in either a padded envelope or a cardboard box, depending on their size and weight. We take great care in packaging your order carefully to ensure it arrives safely, and we often re-use boxes to cut your shipping costs.
- We generally ship in padded envelopes for items under 16 ounces, padded envelopes or boxes for items over 16 ounces, and boxes for orders with fragile or oddly-shaped items.
- Invoices are not included with each order. We will include a business card with your order number on it for reference.

Shipping is calculated BY WEIGHT and the shipping cost at
checkout is calculated based on the following rate chart:
Feedback, Returns, Disputes:
- We’ll leave you feedback and ask that you do the same once you’ve received and verified your order.
- If you think you received a wrong or missing part, or have any issues at all, please let us know prior to leaving feedback. We’ll do what we can to fix the issue. Just talk to us… we’re reasonable people!
- We don’t accept returns, but we’re happy to work out any issues that arise. In the very rare event that a return is authorized, the return postage is paid by the buyer.
- Any refund (or partial refund) requested after a payment is made will be subject to a 3% refund fee as PayPal no longer reverses the original fee paid by the seller. Of course, if the error was on our part, the refund fee won’t apply.
