Payment
PayPal is the only form of payment that Brick x Brick will accept. If no payment is received within 5 days of the invoice being sent, the order is subject to cancellation.
Shipping
Brick x Brick currently ships to the United States.
The package will be shipped to the address associated with the PayPal account.
After the package has been shipped, the seller is no longer responsible for damage that may be caused to the product during shipment, and will only be replaced or refunded if the buyer purchased shipping insurance at checkout.
All products are shipped through the United
States Postal Service (USPS).
Orders are packed and shipped within four business days,
unless otherwise
noted. Bags may contain multiple
different lots so as to not waste bags and harm the environment.
There
are no handling fees.
Item Condition
"New" items are picked and inventoried directly from brand new sets.
"New" minifigures are left unassembled, bagged, and then safely stored.
"Used" minifigures are carefully inspected for authenticity and condition, unassembled, then bagged and safely stored. The condition will be listed in the item description.
All products are inventoried and stored in a non-smoking environment that is out of direct sunlight.
Returns
If the buyer is not satisfied with the product, the buyer pays for the return shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee may be charged.
The remaining balance will be refunded in either store credit or through PayPal (buyers choice).
If a product is damaged during shipping, and the buyer purchased insurance, any damaged pieces will be replaced or a refund will be issued.
If no insurance coverage is purchased, Brick x Brick is not responsible for replacing damaged pieces.
