We want your shopping experience at IndyBricks to be fast and friendly. We try to invoice and respond to messages within 24 hours. Please contact us if you have any questions about our products. If you have any issues with your order or questions about an item, please do not hesitate to contact us through the Bricklink message system. If you are unhappy with an order, please let us know and we will make it right! PARTS: We do not sell parts we find that are obviously cracked (including minifig torsos), marked, disfigured, or damaged in a way that interferes with interlocking mechanisms. Bricks with significant sun damage or warping are similarly discarded. We won't sell bricks that we wouldn't enjoy receiving ourselves. USED PARTS - may have scratches, play marks, indents, etc. from use. USED parts are NOT new. Some of our used parts are in fantastic condition, but please assume that they are not perfect or new looking. If you need new looking parts, please order new. We try to describe any flaws that are very noticeable in the descriptions. If it is an expensive part or set, we'll be happy to supply further comment or pictures as possible. All used parts are washed, dried, and sorted here at the house. USED parts may display discoloration from age. This kind of discoloration may be particularly noticeable in blue and white bricks. NEW PARTS - are new from new sets, bulk purchases from LEGO or from trusted bulk sellers. **NEW PARTS ARE NOT NECESSARILY "MINT". Please remember that parts travel thousands of miles from the factory to us and then onto you, LEGO does not individually package parts and as such parts obtain scratches from moving around against each other. Additionally, we cannot control the quality of new parts from LEGO. Often a complete series of a printed part will have slight errors - this is common. Colors might be a bit off as well, as we are finding the colors are starting to slightly vary in different sets (in example, reddish browns are taking on some different slight shades). NEW parts will be packaged separately from USED. INSTRUCTIONS: USED INSTRUCTIONS - all of our used instructions are just that - used. So there may be small tears, creases, folds, dogeared, tears, pages detached from the spine, etc. If you need specific documention on what you are actually purchasing, just contact us and we will get you specific photos of the item we have listed. Our used instructions are most likely very used. But some of them look brand new out of the box. SETS: COMPLETE SETS - Complete sets include all parts, figures, accessories, and stickers. "Extra" parts are not included. I mark sets complete even if they do not include the instructions or original box, however those instances will always be notated. INCOMPLETE SETS - For sets listed with minifigures missing, please assume their accessories are missing as well. We will list all the parts that are missing in the description. STICKERS: STICKERS ON USED SETS - Please note that stickers or decals on used sets may be faded, loose, or missing altogether. We do our best to mention sticker condition in the comments, but if sticker condition is important to you, please ask about them in advance. STICKERS ON USED PARTS – We normally make a new lot with an actual photograph of the part. This way you truly can see what you are about to purchase. We also try to list the actual set number and sticker number. PAYMENT POLICY: We will issue a refund if there are missing or broken parts or send you those items at no additional cost to you. Please make sure that what is in your cart is what you want to purchase. It is understood that you know what parts you need and that you need them. We do not accept returns. If an order is cancelled prior to shipment, we will refund the total amount minus any PayPal fees incurred to IndysBricks on the transaction. PayPal no longer refunds the fees if we give a refund back to the buyer. Instant Checkout is enabled for your convenience. If you do not select Instant Checkout, payment must be received within 3 days of order unless previous arrangements have been made. After 2 days you will receive a courtesy e-mail asking when we can expect payment. This is not intended to nag but to clear up any payment issues in a timely manner (i.e I overlooked it, You put in the wrong e-mail in Paypal, etc...). A NPB will be filed for non-contact and non-payment after 7 days. Payment Accepted in Currencies: US Dollar Payment Method Accepted for Buyers In USA: PayPal (Onsite) PayPal STATUS: We will update to “Shipped” as soon as it goes out of our possession to the post office. Please update to “Received” when the fun has arrived. Please update to “Completed” when you have completed the inventory of what you have purchased. If something is not correct, please leave the status as “Received” and send us a message via Bricklink. NOTE: please inventory your order within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days, we do not issue refunds. If you have some special circumstance where you cannot complete the inventory in 10 days, message us on your order and lets see what we can do. Yes, this is due to one buyer coming back after 3+ weeks of delivery and stating pieces were missing. FEEDBACK: Our portion of the feedback process – we will leave feedback as soon as we ship your order. We do not hold your feedback waiting to see what you leave for us. Your portion of the feedback process – please leave feedback once you have updated the status to “Completed”. Just like you – we need the positive feedback to keep the love of Lego going. Please contact us in the event of any issue before leaving neutral or negative feedback to allow us the opportunity to work with you to achieve a satisfactory resolution. OTHER STUFF: STORAGE HERE AT INDYSBRICKS – Our house is smoke-free and climate controlled. So, your parts are as well. INSUFFICENT STOCK – We strive to maintain an accurate inventory and to completely fill all orders. However, we are human, and mistakes sometimes occur, so we reserve the right to issue a partial refund in cases where there is insufficient inventory to completely fill an order. PACKAGING – We attempt to recycle and reuse as much packaging material as we can, it helps keep our costs down and you save. All packages are shipped in padded envelops or a box. |
