Old Dog New Bricks


The Old Dog New Bricks store was born out of our desire to share our love of LEGO. 

We offer both (out of the box) new pieces as well as old pieces in great condition.

All inventory is sorted and stored in a non-smoking, pet-free environment!

 Health and Safety

Your health and safety are important to us.  We have taken steps such as wiping all hard surfaces with disinfectant between every order, as well as using hand sanitizer before any bricks, plates, tiles, minifigs, or other parts are touched or packaged.

Payment

PayPal is the only form of payment the Old Dog New Bricks store accepts.     If no payment is received within 5 days of the invoice being sent, the order is subject to cancellation.
**If your subtotal does not total at least one dollar, a $2.00 service charge will be applied automatically.**

 Shipping

Old Dog New Bricks ships to all fifty United States.  We may expand to Canada and Mexico in the future.  After the package has been shipped, the seller (Old Dog New Bricks) is no longer responsible for damage that may be caused to the product(s) during shipment, and will only be replaced or refunded if the buyer purchased shipping insurance at checkout.
All product(s) are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours on business days, Monday-Saturday (excluding holidays). 

 

Item Condition and Quality

All new items are directly from a brand-new set, then quickly sorted, and stored. Minifigures are quickly assembled and bagged, then stored. Each item is handled as little as possible. Most of our inventory is in new condition, though we do have a selection of used stock and minifigures.  Used items come from a variety of sources but are all considered to be in great condition unless otherwise noted. Broken or damaged pieces will not be listed or sold. Minifigures are shipped assembled in individual bags (both new and used). 

Returns

If the buyer is not satisfied with the product, the buyer pays return shipping and a 10% restocking fee is charged. The remaining balance will be refunded in either store credit or through PayPal (buyers’ choice). If the product was damaged during shipping, and the buyer purchased insurance, any damaged pieces will be replaced or a refund will be issued.
If no insurance coverage is purchased, the buyer is responsible for replacing damaged pieces.
