PARTS:
Parts listed as NEW are taken directly from factory-sealed bags and are subject to normal rubbing wear. (This means that not all NEW parts will be perfectly flawless - sometimes there are small scratches from the factory. Sometimes minor damage occurs in transit. All that NEW means is that it has not been "used" in any way before it comes to you. If you require assurance of impeccable condition, please contact me directly about a specific part/figure.)
Parts listed as USED are sold in typical used condition unless otherwise noted. Major damage – bite marks, scratches, significant discoloration – will be listed in the description. If necessary, parts are also washed in hot soapy water. My parts are clean and handled with clean hands.
Significant part variations are taken into account when listing and fulfilling orders. Types 1-4 of plate 1x1 modified with clip vertical, wedges with or without stud notches, solid stud vs. blocked open stud, and so forth, are correct to the best of my knowledge. However, there are some variations which are not distinguished (e.g. 32064b vs. 32064c, technic brick 1 x 2 with axle hole, inside supports or not). If in doubt or you sincerely "need" a specific variation, or if you're not sure, just ask.
Having said this, these are USED parts. White, yellow, light gray and trans-colors are particularly susceptible to yellowing and discoloration with age. The larger the surface area of the part, the more visible this might be. Unless a part is rare or expensive, such wear will probably not be noted in the description; my inventory is just too large. If you need a precise color match and shiny surface, go for NEW (or USED listed as like-new).
Notes on Color/Part Variations:
Some white/yellow/light gray parts may still be listed under the following discoloration terminology: Quality #1: like-new to great condition. White is still bright, possibly shiny. Shade variations are minor. Quality #2: typical fading for used white, possibly some scuffs/scratches. Shade variations likely. Quality #3: heavier playwear, fading and/or discoloration. Bite marks/nicks possible. Shade variations inevitable. Quality #4: Major bite marks, broken, or damaged. Automatically rejected, doomed to the "Box of Misfit Parts" for the crime of being well played-with.
I have tried my best to distinguish correctly between similar shades, but some are especially tough calls and therefore not absolutely guaranteed. These include: flat silver vs. pearl light gray, especially in Bioncle weapons; brown vs. reddish brown in small used parts; trans-medium blue vs. trans-light blue in a few cases. Small, inexpensive, used white/yellow/light gray may also not have a notation for minor discoloration/shade variation.
SETS:
New sealed sets are just that. Boxes may show wear or have price tags affixed, which will be noted in the description.
Used complete sets have been checked against the Bricklink inventory; any substitutions or missing parts will be noted. Typically, these sets will include all the parts and instructions, but no box or extra parts. Again, any differences or issues will be noted in the description.
DISCLAIMER:
I strive for an excellent customer experience providing quality parts at reasonable prices and friendly service. However, I reserve the right to deny service, cancel orders, turn down a refund request or take any other actions deemed necessary at my discretion.
I am human; I make mistakes (wrong quantity or color, unnoticed damage, etc.). In the event that you receive a piece that significantly differs from how it was described, please contact me.
The bottom line is that I don't sell parts I wouldn't want to receive myself. Nevertheless, they are just used toys, after all: Caveat emptor.

If you're familiar with Pleyworld, click over to my friend Steven's page and check out his awesome designs! (If you're not, now's your chance to find out!)
Remember what Woody told Buzz Lightyear: “You are a child’s plaything… you are a TOY!”
Inspiration for the store name (Sept. 2018 - present) provided by my friend Ben O'Shea - during a conversation at church about my work, he described my job as “literally sending pieces of joy through the mail.” Rolled around in my brain for a while, this became "Sprinkles of Joy." Credit for the legacy name "Tim's Magnificent Mound of Miscellaneous Marvels" (Aug. 2008 - Aug. 2018) belongs to long-time friends Christianna Thompson and her brother Josiah Sauve.
ME:
I'm just a guy who's retained the Lego knowledge he gained when he was younger. I think I was more obsessed and for longer than many - which gives me the knowledge to run this shop!
In the "real world" I have worked at Checkers drive-thru, Michael’s Arts and Crafts, Hobby Lobby, in data cabling and AV installation, and as a self-employed editor, proofreader and transcriptionist. I am going back to school for my bachelor’s degree, I love to travel, and I am a self-professed nerd (especially about the works of J.R.R. Tolkien).
My identity is found in joyfully serving and worshiping my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
So if you're looking to receive brightly colored sprinkles of plastic joy in your mailbox, you've come to the right place. Happy Bricklinking!
