I do not accept returns, refund requests or exchanges as there is no way I am able to ensure that I receive my exact item(s) back.

Most items are in MINT to VERY GOOD condition and will always have any defects noted in the item description so buyers know exactly what they're getting. If you do happen to run into any issues, do not hesitate to contact me - I would love to help.


 >> Item Condition 

Almost everything that I list in my store is in excellent condition. I am extremely particular when it comes to the quality of Lego that I own/sell, and always consider this when selling to other Lego collectors. Every item with a defect will have a note in the item description so customers know exactly what they are getting.

All minifigures are assembled, individually bagged, and then stored in a heavy-duty storage bin. They go straight into storage as soon as I get ahold of them in order to keep them in pristine condition.

Parts are stored & sorted into bins. All parts are brand new, straight from Lego. When it comes to part orders, some parts may have to be assembled with one another in order to fit into the package as compact as possible - this helps keep shipping costs low.

If this is an issue, please let me know & I will refrain from doing it with your order.


 >> Item Grading Guide 

>> MINT 

    > Sets are sealed with no visible wear.

    > Minifigures are brand new, straight from the set - assembled, bagged & stored.

    > Parts are brand new, straight from the set. 

>> NEAR-MINT

    > Sets are sealed with minor wear to the box.

    > Used sets that have been assembled once, displayed briefly, then disassembled for storage - like new.

    > Minifigures that have been briefly displayed and/or have minor cosmetic wear - like new.

    > Parts that have been lightly used for a MOC and/or have minor cosmetic wear - like new.

>> USED

    > Sets are sealed with visible wear to the box (dents, creases, etc.)

    > Used sets that have been displayed for a long time and/or have parts that have visible wear (nicks, dents, scratches, etc.)

    > Minifigures that have been played with or displayed for a long time and have visible wear (nicks, dents, scratches, loose limbs, etc.)

    > Parts that have been used for multiple MOCs and/or have visible wear (nicks, dents, scratches, etc.)


 >> MINT & NEAR-MINT items are free of the following defects 

    > Discolouration or fading

    > Odd smells or any other odors

    > Scratches, dents or bite marks

    > Cracked, loose-fitting or broken parts

    > Cracked or extremely loose arms, hands, torsos & legs

Please note that some parts will scratch naturally due to how they're packaged in Lego factories. In the rare occasion that there are defects, I will always note it in the item description.


 >> Payment & Orders 

I do not cancel orders due to high shipping costs or failure to follow/read these store terms.

I also do not cancel orders if you neglect the "Quote" option and find that the total cost is too high - I have it enabled to prevent situations like this! You can submit a quote at the final page of the "Checkout" process.

All payments must be done via PayPal. Please DO NOT send payments using an eCheck as this will delay your order. Instant Payment only, otherwise your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded once it clears.

Payment must be sent within 48 hours of invoice unless you contact me and we make arrangements for a later date. If I don't receive any replies to messages or if you fail to make a payment within the time frame (48 hrs) I will file a Non-Paying Buyer alert or cancel the order without notice.


 >> Additional Fees 

    > There is an additional charge for 5% of the order total to cover handling fees, and $2 for resources used to ship the order.

    > For orders over $10 CAD, the $2 fee will be waived.


 >> Feedback 

Please contact me with any issues or concerns that arise BEFORE leaving feedback, as I strive to close every order with a "Positive" feedback rating.

 >> Shipping 

    > Shipping times vary from 5 business days to upwards of 3 months depending on your location in the world and the method of shipping that was used.

I ship once payment has been confirmed. Every order is packed & labelled on the same day payment is received. Packages are dropped off twice a week (no set days, but it usually works out to be on Tuesdays or Fridays.)

I use both Canada Post and UPS to find the cheapest option for shipping, which is calculated using the shipping estimate tools on their respective websites - I ship using the courier that provides the cheapest option.


 >> Tracking & Insurance 

    > Insurance & tracking is optional for orders within Canada.

    > For International orders OVER $100 CAD, tracking is required, but insurance is optional.

These terms are non-negotiable as they are put in place to protect both the buyer and seller, so please be sure to request a quote before ordering if you feel it's necessary.


 >> Patience Is Appreciated 

Please understand that once the package is shipped, it is out of my control & any concerns will have to be directed towards the shipping company that was used to send the package. Please also note that delays may be caused by things that are out of anyone's control.
