INVENTORY INFO

Our new parts mainly come from sets or Pick-a-Brick walls.  There are also a few things that are purchased as new from other Bricklink dealers that don't end up being needed for a build.  New minifigs may or may not be assembled, but they are stored in individual ziplocks.  Other new pieces are sorted and stored together.  New pieces will be just like those you get when opening a new set, which can occasionally have small scratches or scuffs so they may not necessarily be mint condition.  If we notice condition issues while sorting it will be specified in the part details or sold as used, but we're not perfect.

Used pieces come mainly from bulk brick purchases, but there are also a lot from sets that we've built and subsequently disassembled.  Condition varies quite a bit on the bulk pieces, but we try to remove any that we wouldn't be comfortable using in a build for ourselves.  The one caveat is that if you're buying used white pieces, they show dirt and discoloration much easier than any other color so please consider purchasing new pieces if they'll be visible in a display piece. 

USED SETS

Used sets are put together from within each bulk purchase so most of the pieces should be the ones that originally came with the sets, but any replacements for missing pieces are sourced from the rest of our collection.  Unless specified otherwise, used sets *do not* come with box/packaging, instructions, or extra parts.

PART VARIANTS

We don't generally sort out minor part variants, such as those that are made with either a hollow stud or solid stud.  If you need a specific variant please contact us *before* placing an order to make sure you're getting what you want.

INVOICING

Most domestic orders are auto-invoiced.  International orders, local pickups, domestic orders over a pound, and orders for which BrickLink is missing size or weight info will require a manual invoice.  If your order requires an invoice, we will try to send one within 24hrs.  For some very large orders it might take an extra day to verify size and weight of the shipment.

SHIPPING SERVICES

Shipping will be via USPS First Class Package for anything under 16oz, and Priority Mail or Fedex for heavier parcels depending on what's cheaper.  If you are ordering any boxed sets we can remove them from the boxes to reduce the weight if you want.  We can ship internationally, but you have to send us a message first.  Half of the international orders we received went unpaid so it's no longer enabled by default.

SHIPPING TIME

Packages will be shipped somewhere from 1-5 business days after the invoice is paid.  Please don't email to ask why your order hasn't shipped if it's still within that time frame.

TRACKING INFO

Tracking numbers will be added to the order details page as soon as we print a shipping label for the order, and the status will be changed to "Shipped" on the day that we drop it off at the post office.  Our post office almost never scans outgoing mail, and the first scan will often not happen until it arrives at the destination sort facility.

ORDER PROBLEMS

Occasional mistakes are certain to happen, given how many small pieces have to be counted and packaged for orders.  If we encounter an error in the inventory we will refund the price paid for the missing items if the error is small; otherwise a fitting solution will be worked out with you.
