---Order Process-----------------------------------------
During the order process, your order will go through several statuses. Here are their definitions:
Pending - Your order has been submitted.
Processing - Your order has been seen, and is being gathered.
Ready - All items in your order have been gathered, weighed, and redied for packaging. This is the status in which you will receive your invoice with instuctions on how to pay.
Updated - This means that you have added more items to your order. If you have already received an invoice before this status, please wait for a new one containing the grand total for your entire order.
Paid - Payment has been received.
Packed - Your order is sealed in its box/envelope and is ready for shipment.
Shipped - You order has been shipped. If you requested a tracking number, this is when it will be provided.
Received - You set this status when you have received your order. Please let us know that you received your order and are happy with it by leaving us positive feedback.
Completed - After we have received your feedback, we will set the order status to 'Completed' and leave our feedback for you. This is the final stage of the order process.
---Lot Limits-----------------------------------------
To ensure that orders are processed and invoiced efficiently, The People Person has a lot limit policy. A lot is one specific type of item (ex. 10 of one part is still one lot, but 10 different parts is 10 lots.). In orders of more than 20 lots, all lots in the order must average out to be $1 or more. For example:
20 lots = $20+
30 lots = $30+
40 lots = $40+
Each lot over the limit will be subject to a $0.35 additional fee. There will also be a $0.30 fee for orders under $3.00.
---Feedback-----------------------------------------
We will leave you feedback after your feedback has been received. However, if you feel that you should leave a negative or neutral feedback, please contact us first and allow us to solve the problem.
