Build a Bullseye Target Gift Card Promotional

This set contains the pieces to construct Bullseye, the mascot dog for Target stores, and comes packaged in a plastic box that carries a bar code that can be loaded as a gift card for use at Target stores. Unless otherwise indicated in a seller's listing, this "gift card" should be assumed to have no monetary value.

However, note that any cards with no monetary value must have had a value placed on them when originally obtained, otherwise they are considered stolen property. Therefore, listings with zero value should have been used at least once.
