Plate, Modified 1 x 2 with Bar Arm Up (Horizontal Arm 5mm)

The arm is longer horizontally for one variant, but arm heights are the same. The difference is detectable by attaching these pieces to a plate. The 5mm arm will be centered with the next row of studs, while the 6mm arm will extend slightly beyond the center of the studs. This part also has variants with bottom pin differences.
